Who is Julia Schiavi?

I learned early that I would not build my life in just one place.

When I was sixteen, I was one of two hundred students selected for an exchange program in England. It was my first time living abroad, away from my family, my language, and everything familiar. I didn’t know it then, but that experience would quietly shape the way I see the world — and the way I build my work.

Living in another country taught me how to observe. I learned to listen more, to adapt, and to understand that people, cultures, and systems work differently depending on where you are. That curiosity stayed with me. What began as a temporary exchange became the foundation of a mindset that would follow me into adulthood.

Over time, my interest in understanding how things work turned into my profession. I began working at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and technology, helping businesses make clearer decisions in the digital space. As a co-founder of Consultings Company, I work closely with entrepreneurs to structure positioning, growth, and communication in a way that feels sustainable and intentional — not reactive.

Alongside this work, I became a podcast host and speaker. Creating conversations, asking questions, and sharing real experiences became part of how I process what I’m learning. Teaching, for me, has always been a form of understanding things more deeply.

Today, I live and work as a digital nomad entrepreneur. Movement is not an escape from routine, but a method. Each place I pass through teaches me something about people, markets, and myself. I pay attention to how businesses operate, how culture influences decisions, and how context changes everything.

This website exists because I wanted a place to document that process honestly. Not the polished version, but the real one. The decisions, the doubts, the lessons, and the evolution that happens along the way.
